When will this beautiful creation ship?

The figure will ship out to you in early 2020 via tracked courier. You will be kept up to date at every stage of your orders process and tracking information will be provided via email when it is on its way to you!

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to over 180 countries. Because of the unique nature of each product, we are only using tracked couriers to ship your figure out to you. Depending on location, this may be more expensive than other areas. If your country does not appear in the dropdown list of shipping locations at the checkout page then unfortunately we are not able to ship to you.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before your payment is taken.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes of course, you may cancel your order for a full refund any time before the product ships in early 2020. If the product is already on its way to you and you wish to cancel, you will need to complete the returns process. Please contact us for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I request a specific number for my Pewdiepie Figure?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a specific number for your figure. The number of your figure will be random and loosely determined by the time of placing your order; e.g. Orders placed early will secure figurines from an earlier batch than orders placed later.
